We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in question.
- Notify the content creator or contributor of the takedown.
- Provide them with a copy of the notice (with your personal contact information appropriately handled).
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Frenzlab has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, contributors or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
False Claims Warning
Please note that submitting a false DMCA claim — including misrepresenting that material is infringing — may subject you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Only submit a DMCA notice if you genuinely own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
